Our systems are designed for a high availability. Besides a proper system design all the values have to be achieved for a long time if the correspondent maintenance and service measures are performed. Our service support is built modularly and allows individual adjustments customized to the desires and requirements of our customers. For the inspection there is performed a specialized expertise of the technical status of an installation. Consequently the weak spots and the risk potentials can be recognized, evaluated and repaired. The interval-maintenance is carried out either upon request or in the form of a maintenance contract according to the respective maintenance provisions and instructions. The documentation and the post-processing of the performed maintenance activities are achieved in the form of inspection checklists and service protocols, according to the high quality standards of the Directive VDA 6.4. Thus also the trends and the sources of error which are forwarded directly to our technology/engineering can be transmitted.
Another competence of our service department is the performance of the retrofit works. Among them it is understood the system-upgrades and the solving of problems in order to ensure the capacity of a system for a long time and to adjust to the increasing requirements of the future. The target hereby is the general overhaul of the system for the increase of the capacity, availability, reliability and the securing of the spare parts supply.
