In case of a breakdown or standstill there must be ensured that the processes can be started up as soon as possible. Therefore, we have arranged at the request of our customers a service-hotline which can be established individually according to a contract. The standby service is composed of the following areas:
- Standby time - in this period of time the plant operator can claim the defined services.
- The response time - the period of time in which an employee is put in touch with the plant operator after the notification regarding the failure, during which the error report is received and during which the first clarifications are carried out.
- Intervention time - during this defined period, a service technician familiar with the plant or its systems is ready for use on site and begins troubleshooting.
