With its BTS floor transport system, AFT has developed a cost-effective and multi-purpose alternative to automated transport systems and has introduced it into the market very successfully. Through being kept on course by a mechanical tracking navigation and provided with energy by trolley wires, almost unrestricted possibilities of driving course design are offered. Thanks to the external electricity source, there are just as few down times to load the batteries as there are costs to dispose of them.

With BTS-i, first used in 1999, AFT has
added to the assortment of industrial trucks with inductive, i.e. non-contact power transmission. The result is completely new operational uses, such as for example outside or even under water.
