BMW柏林的宝马摩托车工厂继续订购了AFT多台AGV自行小车，用于包装线体工位。

此线体始建于1997年，采用滑触线供电系统。在2002年,整体更换为无接触式供电的AGV自行小车系统。AGV自行小车全线输送BMW摩托车完成所有包装工艺。在线体末端，叉车将完成包装后的摩托车送入仓库存储。

作为立体库实现车体分配领域的领导者，AFT在欧洲和海外都有多项成功案例。

在2013年底，一家荷兰汽车制造厂邀请AFT作为总包商来实现同类型项目。整个立体库标高20m，可提供420个存储位置给白车身和漆后车身。具体存储位置由生产调度系统（PCS）进行控制。生产调度系统可将不同车身放入库区三条巷道的库位，同时在库位选择上进行最优化配置。当生产任务下达后，高速堆垛机将把库位内对应的车身取出。在喷漆前，还要根据需要对车体进行检查和一些处理。车体保护杆是在车身输送和存储时的保护装置。它们装载车身的底部，用来确保精确位置并提供碰擦保护。在车体进行底盘装配时再将其移除。三条巷道，8米长20米高的库区，高速堆垛机以稳定状态7天24小时的服务着。AFT再一次的将高效率、高稳定性、高性能的设备提供给了信任我们的客户。在整个项目周期里，AFT从前期规划，布局图设计，工程实施，全面高效的完成了库区内所有产品的设计、制造、安装、调试的交钥匙工程，而电气控制系统和库区调度软件系统更是项目中的亮点。在这个荷兰工厂内，此车体分配中心满足所有工程功能和安全要求，包括消防系统及供暖系统（包含相应控制系统）。而完成这一切，AFT项目组仅仅用了6个月时间。

四套计算机重量检测设备高速度的对自动进入托盘的药品进行监测，药品超重的托盘不会进入AWT运行，系统会自动使其停止并发出报警型号，在人工检查整理后方可重新进入系统运行。
