AFT History
The AFT Group has been operating in the world of transporting, storing and retrieving, palletizing, order picking, lifting, lowering, tipping and positioning since 1985. And yet – or precisely because of this – we understand movement to mean much more than the terms mentioned suggest:
Because we are convinced that mental agility – today one speaks more of flexible thinking – is far more important for our success and that of our customers than the purely physical process. Without our ability to adapt to diverse customers and their differing requirements, wishes, questions and reservations, to identify with them and to act accordingly, we would certainly not be one of the world’s most experienced and traditional conveyor technology companies with leading market positions in all areas of operation.
Around 300 committed staff members are employed in Germany, the USA, the UK, Poland and Mexico. Their task: to project, sell and design new systems or extensions to existing systems around the world – with the focus on individual customer requirements. Thanks to this approach, we are constantly developing innovative technologies that have made us a valued partner for projects in internal material flow for more than 35 years.
